Free Standard Ground Shipping
Ameria Home is pleased to offer free standard ground shipping on all orders within contiguous Canada! Please note that items shipped via standard ground will typically arrive after they have completed the manufacturing process.
Item Availability
As a made-to-order company, please allow approximately 3 to 4 months for processing and manufacturing your order. We encourage you to reach out with any questions regarding product details and measurements before placing your order to ensure clarity and satisfaction.
Post-Delivery Instructions
Upon receiving your order, it is essential that the recipient opens and inspects all boxes immediately. If you notice any issues upon delivery, please contact us for assistance. Claims for damages must be reported within 5 business days to qualify for credits or adjustments. To facilitate the resolution of any issues, please retain all boxes and packing materials until the product is confirmed to be in good working order.
For orders delivered by a freight carrier, please inspect the items on-site, and note any defects on the bill of lading when signing for delivery.
Order Cancellation and Refusal Policy
Once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled. Please do not refuse delivery of any non-damaged shipment, as this may result in additional restocking fees, return shipping fees, and may void your eligibility for a refund.
