We understand that purchasing lighting online is an important decision. Please review our policy carefully before placing your order.
Made to Order Items
The majority of our chandeliers and wall sconces are manufactured specifically for each customer once an order is placed. Due to the wide range of sizes, finishes, and customization options, we do not stock most items.
All made to order and customized items are final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or cancellation once production has begun.
Eligible Returns (Non-Custom Items Only)
In the rare case that an item is clearly marked as in stock and not made to order, it may be eligible for return under the following conditions:
- Return request submitted within 14 days of delivery
- Item is unused, uninstalled, and unmodified
- Returned in original packaging, including outer carton and all protective materials
Approved returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Items that are installed, modified, customized, made to order, final sale, last call, open box, or not returned in original packaging are not eligible for refund.
Damaged or Defective Items
As our products are handcrafted and shipped internationally, rare transit damage may occur.
Customers must inspect their order upon delivery. Any damage or defect must be reported within 30 days of delivery and must include clear photos of:
• The damaged part
• The full fixture
• The packaging and outer carton
Once verified, we will promptly manufacture and ship replacement parts at no additional cost under our delivery guarantee.
We do not require full fixture returns for transit damage. We resolve issues by replacing affected components.
