Return Policy

We understand that sometimes a product may not be the perfect fit. While most of our chandeliers are made to order, we now offer a return option to provide greater peace of mind.

To request a return, please complete the form below to obtain a Return Authorization Number. All returns must be pre-approved and meet the requirements outlined below. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted or refunded.

 

Return Requirements

  1. Items must be received within 30 days from the date of delivery.
  2. Items must be unused, uninstalled, and packed in their original packaging, including all parts and protective materials.
  3. Return shipments must be addressed to our Vancouver warehouse

 

Ineligible Items

  1. Products that have been installed, modified, or damaged.
  2. Products not returned in their original packaging (including outer box and protective materials).

 

Restocking Fee
All eligible returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee based on the final purchase price, plus return shipping costs to our Vancouver warehouse.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will confirm your refund amount by email.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or shows signs of a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery. Claims submitted after this period may not be eligible for resolution. Please retain all original packaging and do not move the item from the delivery address.
