Production & Manufacturing Lead Time
- Made-to-Order Process: As an artisan-led studio, all Ameria Home fixtures are custom built to order. Standard manufacturing and processing time is 8 to 10 weeks prior to dispatch.
Customs, Duties & Import Taxes
- International Shipments: Customs duties, local taxes, or import fees may apply upon arrival depending on the destination country’s regulations and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Delivery Terms & Service Level
- Standard Threshold Delivery: Shipments are delivered directly to your front door, driveway, garage, or building entrance. Delivery personnel are restricted from carrying items inside or unpacking.
- White-Glove Service: Inside placement and unboxing can be arranged in advance upon request (subject to regional availability and additional fees).
- Acceptance Requirement: Recipients must be present to accept delivery. Refusal of non-damaged shipments may incur additional storage and redelivery charges.
Inspection & Damage Claim Policy
- Immediate Inspection: Packages and wooden crates must be opened and inspected immediately upon arrival.
- 5-Day Damage Window: Any shipping damage or missing parts must be reported within 5 business days of delivery for replacement processing.
- Retain Packaging: Please keep all original wooden crates and protective packaging until the product is fully inspected and installed.
- Freight Deliveries: Any visible damage to external packaging must be formally noted on the Bill of Lading (BOL) before signing.
Final Sale & Return Policy
- Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable: Because every fixture is made-to-order and crafted to individual specifications, all sales are final and items cannot be returned or canceled once in production.
- Non-Refusal: Delivery cannot be refused unless physical shipping damage is verified on-site.

Important: Always turn off the main power supply or unplug the fixture before cleaning. Ensure liquid sprays never come into direct contact with electrical wiring, sockets, or metal fittings.
Routine Cleaning
For general upkeep, dust your fixture weekly using a clean feather duster or a dry, lint-free micro-fiber cloth.
Bohemian Crystal & Mouth-Blown Glass
- Never use abrasive sponges or harsh chemical pads, as these will scratch the surface.
- Use specialized glass-cleaning solutions applied directly to a soft microfiber cloth (never sprayed directly onto the light).
- For extra clarity and maximum sparkle, gently buff the dried glass with a soft polishing cloth or micro-felt.
Natural Stone: Marble, Granite & Agate
- Natural stone is porous and requires sensitive care. Dust regularly with a damp, soft cloth.

Each crystal and hand-blown glass element is individually wrapped in high-density protective foam and secured inside reinforced wooden crates. We also include extra spare crystal components with every chandelier order for seamless installation and peace of mind.
We deliver your fixture via standard threshold delivery. Due to the bespoke weight and delicate nature of mouth-blown glass chandeliers, we recommend hiring a certified electrician or professional lighting installer. Detailed assembly instructions and wiring schematics are included in every crate.
